Dues​

The Covenants and Governing Documents can be found under the following headers:  

Dues are $150 per year and invoices go out in early December.  Dues should be paid by February 28th each year to avoid a late fee and collection actions.

Cascade Falls Homeoners Association

The covenants and restrictions do have architectural controls for new homes as well as any additions or modifications to your home.  Please contact the management company for procedures for your new home or architectural review.
