Boats, inoperable vehicles, campers are not permitted in Copper Creek II. Also free standing sheds are against the covenants.
Mold and mildew are a big issue on the sides of many homes in Copper Creek. There is a product called 30 second cleaner. You can literally spray it on and leave it for 30 seconds and then hose it off.
Any changes to the appearance of your home must first have approval from the Architectural Committee. Please contact the management company for procedures.
Dues are $70.00 a year and they are due by 02/28 each year. Invoices come out in December. There is a $5 per month late fee retroactive to January 1st if not paid on time.
Copper Creek is a crime watch community. Copper Creek uses the Nextdoor App to help with crime watch issues.
